Dr Julian Robinson, PhD, MSc, BSE

Jules is the newest club coach and as such is rather keen. He is renown for driving over to the west coast on the off-chance that there will be better flying than in Aberdeen. As if there ever could be!

Julian is doing rather well in the club competitions at the moment, having been flying when most sensible pilots stay in the pub (thunderstorms, hail, tornadoes, etc). But his 16km triangle from Leadlich has put the pressure on the hang gliders and may mean a paraglider winning the XC league for the first time.

Once the proud owner of The Spunky Mac, he is now flying an Ozone Vulcan.
